An on-line workout client I had told me how she had been doing cardiovascular workouts and crunching exercises for years. This woman even went to special training sessions to work abdominals on her days off. A weight loss forum might have more to say about this.
Of course the problem is that no matter how many sessions she had, she didn’t make progress. The problem is that she was like many people who emphasize the trendy abdominal training that comes out in print. This client didn’t get anywhere until she quit some of those extra exercise routines and started doing intervals. If you’re tired of that kind of grind, I have a few routines that you absolutely must shun.
So if you’re tired of all the grimy surfaces you have to lie on as you do hurtful and unprofitable routines, listen up: no more crunching, sitting up, and cycles ever again!
Your allegiance to those evil drills should now be broken so you can move on with your life and the sculpted, lean physique that you’ve been looking for. It’s understandable that people want to get rid of that nasty looking lard that’s on your stomach so you can have the lean, flat look you deserve. You’ll also experience rapid weight loss.
You’ll finally have the chance to spend your time getting a better body through intervals, plus you’re going to be able to avoid injury that you risked on a daily basis. Studies have long shown that performing crunch moves and sit-up exercises as well as cardio machine activities put you at significant risk of back injury. After doing away with those three bad movements, you’ll be able to work with stability, strength, and rotating so that you’ll get great results while remaining safe.
You’ll find a lot of maneuvers to choose from that include pikes, planks, jack-knives, etc. You’ll find that these moves can be carried out wherever you are without the humiliation of sprawling upon filthy surfaces. You’ll eventually be praised for your great looking body rather than being criticized for abandoning the old fashioned, traditional ad exercises.
You’ll also find that you’ll easily lose 20 pounds.
